ORDERS:

Please check out our Dealer Locator to find an Authorized Dealer near you. If you cannot find a dealer close to where you are, give us a call or send us an email and we'll find someone to take care of you.

DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS:

All items purchased from Sluggo Music Technology LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier.

At the time of your order you may elect to add shipping insurance for a nominal fee.

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:

If your order arrives and after unpacking you find it damaged in any way don't panic. Give us a call and we will make sure your equipment gets repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.

WARRANTIES:

Sluggo Music Technology LLC warrants that all equipment manufactured by us to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for (1) year (vacuum tubes - (90) days).

This warranty shall not apply (a) to equipment not manufactured by Sluggo Music Technology LLC (b) to equipment which has been repaired or altered by someone other than Sluggo Music Technology LLC (c) to equipment which shall have been subjected to negligence, accident, misuse, abuse, or damage by circumstances beyond Sluggo Music Technology LLC's control, or due to improper operation, maintenance or storage, or to other than normal use or service.

The foregoing warranties do not cover reimbursement for labor, transportation, removal, installation, or other expenses which may be incurred by the dealer in connection with repair or replacement.

REPAIRS:

If your Sluggo Music Technology LLC product fails at any time, give us a call so that we can assist you in getting it fixed.

Warranty Repair:

If your unit failed within the warranty period, when you call us, we will arrange a box to be sent to you for your Sluggo Music Technology LLC product if you don't have the original shipping container. This will limit any further damage that could happen during shipping. Sluggo Music Technology LLC, will also cover the shipping to our facility for repair and the freight back to you.

Non-Warranty Repair:

If your unit failed outside the warranty period or parameters, we will arrange a box to be sent to you if you don't have the original shipping container. You are responsible for repair costs as well as shipping costs to and from our repair facility.

Sluggo Music Technology LLC respects the privacy of our website users, Customers, Dealers and Distributors. We do not sell or share personal information submitted through our website to any third parties.

Sluggo Music Technology LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties or the content of linked sites.
