Suncoast Bows BC Series Bass Preamps and G2xl Guitar Preamp
October 1, 2017 - Palm Harbor, FL - Suncoast Amplification is proud to announce the new BC Series Bass Preamps and G2xl Guitar Preamp to the market. Due to artists' demand, Suncoast engineers have redesigned the ultimate solid state bass preamp pedal. The Boost mode now features "Super Boost" Triple OverDrive and EQ for monstrous, harmonic heavy, bass soloing. Internal trimpots have been added for Drive, Treble, Middle and Bass. Dip switches allow for selection of OD1 (Normal) or OD2 (Super Boost) overdrive modes. An FX loop with send and return jacks has been added for patching effects between the preamp out and limiter in.

Due to artists' demand for high quality, portable tone , Suncoast engineers have designed the ultimate solid state Guitar and Bass preamp pedals. Both feature a Boost footswitch that adds extra Distortion, Gain and High Frequency Roll-Off for soaring, harmonic rich Leads. Additionally, a Loop Output and Aux Input jack allows for patching into your amps' FX loop making the true Bypass footswitch also function as A/B Box between the pedal and your amps' internal preamp. Active tone circuitry for +/-18dB Bass, Midrange and Treble EQ with sweepable Midrange Frequency control. Limiter footswitch with variable Threshold control to keep a lid on your snappiest Rhythms.

The updated line encompasses the Custom 36, the Custom 36B and the Custom 36G. The Custom 36 is our new COD "Custom Overdrive" amplifier with more power and new EQ features based on the original Custom 18 design. The Custom 36B is the company's new "Dark Sound" amplifier that re-animates the classic rock sound of 1972. The Custom 36G "Big Pinkus" amplifier adds more power to our popular Custom 18G. A new matching 2x12" extension speaker cabinet has also been added to the line to mate with our existing 2x12 Combo amp line.

July 20, 2011 - Dunedin, FL - Suncoast Custom Amplification is proud to announce it's latest Custom 18 Series Tube Guitar Amplifiers to the market. The new line encompasses the Custom 18, the Custom 18P and the Custom 18G. The Custom 18 is our flagship COD "Custom Overdrive" amplifier whose lead tone can be custom tailored to the Artists taste. The Custom 18P is the company's "Sound Remains the Same" inspired British Invasion Revival head, while the Custom 18G has a distinctive "Pink" character to its sound. Suncoast engineers design our proprietary Power and wide bandwidth Output Transformers, custom manufactured in the USA. We use Mil Spec 1/2W 1% Metal Film resistors, WIMA and 150M Series metallized Polyester Tubular Capacitors, Alpha 24mm Carbon Pots, Custom designed Preamp and Power Supply .093" turret terminal boards, Belton sockets and point to point wiring with lead-free silver solder. All models are Hand Wired in the USA.
